Working from home is such a blessing. No commute, Working from home is such a blessing. No commute, flexible hours, comfy clothes. But let’s be honest, it can also get overwhelming… especially when your home becomes your office, your lunch spot, your daycare, and your everything.

There are 3 peaceful habits I’ve leaned into lately that help me protect my peace while building my business from home:

🌿 1. Morning quiet time before screens
Before the emails, WhatsApp chats, or client calls, I take 15–30 minutes for myself. Prayer, journaling, or just sitting in silence with tea. It helps me stay grounded and not carry yesterday's stress into today's work.

🕯 2. Create a calming work corner
It doesn’t have to be fancy. A candle, soft lighting, and a clean space can do wonders for your mood. When your workspace feels good, you show up to work better. This one habit changed how I feel about sitting down to work.

🧘🏾‍♀️ 3. Midday stretch + sunlight break
Set an alarm if you need to! Stand up, stretch your arms, and step outside for 5–10 minutes. Sunlight and movement reset your brain and boost your focus for the second half of the day.

🌸 Peace isn’t found in having less to do — it’s created by how you care for yourself while doing it.
